As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and managing our brand identity across various channels and markets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that enhance brand awareness across paid, owned, and earned channels including social media, search, and PR, to drive customer engagement and... support business objectives. Your expertise in managing a brand and tactical omnichannel campaigns will be crucial in establishing our fintech brand as a leader in the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and execute a clear and compelling brand strategy aligned with our company's vision and goals.
• Define and communicate our brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition to target audiences.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies.
• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events to grow brand awareness and consideration.
• Track and analyse key brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, sentiment, and customer perception.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and improvement.
• Provide reports and recommendations to senior management on brand performance and potential areas for growth.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Proven experience in brand marketing management, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel brand campaigns and demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful campaigns.
• Proficient in social media management and experienced in leveraging social media platforms for brand building and customer engagement is desirable.
• Experience in SEO would be beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling brand messaging.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
