We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join the Instep team. As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels. This role requires a versatile marketer with a broad skill set, including strategic thinking, creative ideation, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
• Developing Marketing Plans and Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team and senior leadership to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content across various channels, including social media, email, website, and advertising platforms.
• Event planning and Management... Plan and manage events to drive brand awareness and lead generation including in-house activities, breakfast briefings, customer dinners and industry conference & exhibitions.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and touchpoints, including messaging, visuals, and tone of voice.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Use data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
• Agency and Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution of projects.
• Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on marketing performance and ROI.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements
• Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and web analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and deliver results.
• Experience working in a B2B environment.
