• *THE ROLE**

As a Fleet Audit & Damages Analyst, at Indie Campers, you will work in close... cooperation with Customer Excellence, Fleet Insurance, Fleet Operations and Revenue Management departments, reporting directly to the Fleet Audit Manager, working in our Lisbon HQ.

You will be responsible for develop and update the damage trees alocated per vehicle model, monitor and control cost of the repair and it expected cost, daily management of the CO audit team, monitor and control chargeability process and support all the damages management approach.
• *WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**
- Analyse damage costs based on what was the expected;
- Analyse the % of what we charge, how we charge and how much;
- Coordinate the audit team on a daily basis;
- Support the development of damage classification by model and estimated cost;
- Support the development and creation KPI's and key metrics dashboard;
- Follow up and support our customer excellence team clarifying customers doubts and complaints regarding damages;
- Create and develop guidelines and support tools to improve field damage identification and classification.
• *WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- A Degree in Management, Business Administration or similar;
- Relevant working experience in the Fleet Industry (rent-a-car, fleet management / leasing company, or auto workshop experience) is a plus;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- High levels of organisation, planning, and adaptability;
- Good communication skills;
- Full English proficiency (German and/or French are highly desirable, other languages are a plus).
