Job Description
To implement the Analytics standards across big complex business areas, that contribute to the monetisation of data through the development and delivery of advanced mathematical models and business principles that find hidden patterns and associations in data used to influence business strategy, inform channel design and make predictions on the behaviour of our clients

Role Purpose:

This role is within FNB Retail Customer- and Sales Interactions. We are responsible for identifying sales opportunities, providing insights and central sales reporting across FNB Retail. The team explores new data sources and analytical methods that enable innovation and creativity by addressing the holistic customer need and driving sales. We collaborate with multiple stakeholders in designing and implementing customer strategies. The successful candidate will be empowered to think creatively and take ownership of their work. They will generate actionable insights and recommendations... that influence change across FNB Retail.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum Qualification: B Degree in Mathematical Sciences, Statistics, Actuarial Science
• Preferred Qualification: Honours Degree
• A minimum of 5 - 8 years' relevant experience, of which 2-3 years ideally at management level
• Intermediate to advanced coding skills in SAS
• Intermediate knowledge on advanced analytical techniques e.g., statistical methods, segmentation, optimisation, experimental design.
