Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade... Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

-Lead the monthly Performance Review on the Sellout Results, Market Share trends and eStore check.

-Coordinate the media agency and work in partnership with Marketing/Trade Marketing and Media Team.

-Manage and advise ongoing optimizations during all campaigns.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for:
• Strategy across multiple e-commerce platforms (Pure Players, grocery, Marketplace, On Demand and ePharma) and retail media platforms aimed to maximize the sellout of our Portfolio;
• Media Strategy definition and implementation ensuring the suitable media mix to maximize the RoAS. / ROI;

The experience we're looking for
• Degree, preferably in marketing, communications or business
• 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role at a leading company/agency
• Understanding of digital media and ecomm principles in the Italian market
• Experience in DSPs, website analytics, search engine optimization, Amazon tools
• Experience of working and influencing stakeholders / senior management and dealing with ambiguity
• Enjoy problem solving and driving inflight campaign optimisation to maximise campaign performance
• Results orientated with a demonstrable track record of success
• Fluency in English
