Job Description:

The Client Services Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the client services team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This role involves managing corporate and client records, facilitating internal and external communication, and assisting with the coordination of client services... activities.

Job Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Client Services Manager:

Coordination and Communication:
• Handle client correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Address client inquiries, resolving issues promptly or escalating to Manager as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the client services team, including managing logistics around scheduled meetings, managing a departmental calendar, note taking, presentation preparation, agendas, and tracking follow-up on action items.
• In conjunction with the client services team, develop and update client resources, such as FAQs and user guides.

Client Account Management Support:
• Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities by preparing research memorandums on prospective accountholders for review by Manager.
• Carry out screening checks against global risk and compliance databases, as required.
• Assist accountholders with setting up and management of online banking service, including reviewing new applications for business, opening, closing, and maintaining accounts.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure accounts are maintained in compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Records Management:
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in the bank’s CRM system.
• Document and track client interactions and resolutions to enhance service quality and client relationships.
• Maintain and organise department specific corporate records.
• Ensure all departmental records are accurately filed and easily accessible for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Previous customer service experience in a financial services environment.

Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with business clients.
• Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document management and reporting.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using banking systems and software applications, including CRM systems, a plus.
• Proficiency in Markdown software or computer coding a plus.
• Working knowledge of Cayman Anti-Money Laundering / Combating the Financing of Terrorism requirements a plus.
• Familiarity with Cayman Islands company structures and their banking needs a plus.
• An interest in digital assets and innovative financial technologies is a significant plus.

Desirable Skills:
• Familiarity with Markdown or other coding languages.
• Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and tools.
