The core responsibility of this role is to expand awareness of TRAFFIT to the HR community and to create positive, long lasting experiences with our audience.

As Community Marketing Manager you will use thought leadership as a tool to give value to HR and Recruitment professionals. You will understand how and where to deliver valuable knowledge to achieve maximum awareness while building strong relationships with the people who engage it.

You see an... offer between 8 569 to 9 740 PLN gross (that’s equivalent of 13 to 16th level on our salary pathway) as enough potential to get started at TRAFFIT (our team members average 1-3 promotions in their first year). If you are growing, TRAFFIT is growing, and your salary and promotions will reflect that.

It’s a role when you’ll come to the office located in Gdynia every week, most likely in a hybrid model. We're looking for a person who can gather community in online and offline form.

If you prefer to work in a large team. There is nothing wrong with this, however, in this role, you will not have access to a huge team of specialists to collaborate on projects.

• Increase membership and satisfaction via TRAFFIT Community.
• Participate in various TRAFFIT marketing initiatives and campaigns.
