The Talent Management & Development team will lead the design, execution, and operationalization of some of our core talent management programs, including succession planning, talent review, performance management, skills/ career pathing, and other related initiatives, as part of the corporate team this role plays a pivotal role in Implementation & optimizing our talent strategy to grow top talent across the organization. The Key Responsibilities Of The Role IncludeResearch and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management & Development to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Serve as a subject matter expert on talent management practices and processes, offering guidance and support to key stakeholders.Lead the assessment, design, and Implementation of critical talent management programs across the organization, including succession planning, talent review, performance management, and skills strategies to ensure alignment with organizational... goals and objectives.Develop and manage project and communication plans to ensure seamless execution.Partner with our internal team, HRBP, L & D team, and other key stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experience for talent management programs.Partner with cross-functional teams, including Talent Development, HR Business Partners, HR COEs, HR Technology, business unit leadership team, and others, to gather input, gain buy-in, and drive alignment on talent management program initiatives.Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of talent management processes and tools across the organization.Establish simple performance and success measures for crucial programs and collect data to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs; use data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement efforts.Identify and develop process maps, SLAs/SOPs blueprints, procedures, and other documentation to promote efficiency in our operations. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development/Behavior, Business or a related field.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in talent management or organizational Development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective talent programs.Experience and understanding of HR Technology preferable with Workday/SFStrategic thinker with a program management mindset for talent programs.Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful completion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Change management expertise, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive understanding and adoption
