Job Summary

This role provides vital support to the day to day operations of the HR Department. Working closely with the HR Manager within a supportive environment, the candidate should possess the following attributes:
• Have the ability to communicate (written and verbal) in both Arabic and English.
• Behighly driven, proactive and assertive but be an approachable individual.
• Have the ability to use initiative to solve problems within the school's established policies and procedures.
• Previously have experience within a school environment/internal client environment.
• Previously have experience working with HRIS systems.

• Together with the HR Manager act as key point of contact for HR queries
• Maintain employee records and documents
• Provide statistical data and HR reports
• Provide support in Arabic.

• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within cross functional teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with general strong IT skills
