Who are we looking for:

As a Store Manager, you are expected to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.
• Responsible for leading and managing the overall performance of the assigned store/s to achieve profitability and growth through consistent and correct implementation of daily store activities, based on set standards and procedures, and successful sales generating initiatives appropriate for the assigned store/s.
• Manages the performance, development, and engagement of the store team to... ensure effective and efficient daily operations of assigned store/s.

What does it take to be part of the team?
• Bachelor’s/College degree, preferably in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in retail sales operations in a leadership capacity.
