Sales Engineer – Machine Vision, AI & Robotics (Singapore)

• Execute sales plan assigned by Sales manager
• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and develop new business, providing machine vision and robotics solutions to clients
• Ensures that deliveries of product (goods and services) are implemented on time
• Organizes and coordinates post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction
• Establish long term relationships and generate consistent sales from existing client
• Identify potential opportunities with new and existing customers and understand their business activities and needs
• Prepare technical proposal to customers as well as engineering team to ensure the solution process... runs smoothly
• Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer account and sales
• Liaise with principles to resolve technical issues
• Provide technical support to overseas affiliates
• Provide on-site service
• Acquire new sales account and good negotiation skill
• Conduct technical training, in-house and to customer
• Evaluate and qualify new products
• Diploma ,ITE in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Optics or related engineering fields
• An experience preferably in machine vision or Auto-ID products will be advantage
• Familiar with factory automation environment and semiconductor industry would be added advantage
• Possess driving license with own car
• Good communications and inter-personal skills
• Effectively bilingual in English as well as any other regional languages a bonus (to liaise and communicate with Mandarin & regional language speaking associates/clients in regards with the technical issues.)
• Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the candidates with relevant experience
