About The Role

NIVEA Brand Leadership Units... (BLU) are the guardians of our brand and strive to ensure the growth and success within the very competitive Personal Care categories, Deodorants and Body Cleansing. The Global Brand Manager is a key position where everything comes together: owning the full consumer experience for world-class innovation development.
• Be an integral part of the marketing strategy implementation and drive existing business while managing product life cycle.
• Deliver consumer and market understanding through in-depth market and segment analysis, becoming the key expert and go-to contact in respective consumer segment.
• Develop consumer innovation from concept to launch in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (R&D, packaging, supply chain, sales)
• Maximize Global launches and relaunches through ambitious business cases and international Launch Support Packages.
• Become a key contact partner for regional teams to ensure strong in-market execution and local business understanding and insights.

Your Profile
• University degree and ideally Master degree.
• Significant experience in brand management in the FMCG environment.
• Profound marketing and ideally sales knowledge with an international mindset.
• Highly motivated, results driven and inspiring team player.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, additional language is a plus.
