What project we have for you

To accelerate our exponential growth, we are hiring... a Lead Generation Manager (Cold Outreach) for the Retail Sales Enablement Department. You will be responsible for managing the team of Sales Development Representatives who generate constant leads pipeline to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. The main channels include emails, phone calls and social media. The geography covered is Europe and North America.

What you will do

• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that support business objectives, including the creation of targeted lists, email, phone, and social media outreach;
• Work with the pre-sale and marketing team to create high-quality content that will be used in lead-generation campaigns;
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead-generation campaigns;
• Manage budget for lead generation tools;
• Stay up-to-date on the latest lead-generation practices and tools;
• Train and manage a team of lead generation specialists;
• Develop processes and systems to streamline lead-generation activities;
• Monitor and report on the progress of lead-generation campaigns;
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with lead generation campaigns;
• Adjust campaign strategies as needed to achieve desired results;
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are being followed up on on time;
• Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve future campaigns.

What you need for this

• 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing & sales or lead generation;
• 2+ years in people management roles;
• Proven track record of successful lead-generation campaigns;
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
• Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software;
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills;
• Strong project management skills;
• Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions;
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions;
• English C1-C2 Level;
• Bachelor’s degree.

Will be a plus:
• Experience in Retail Industry (FMCG or Retail companies, field sales);
• Any other foreign language (especially Spanish/French/Polish/German);
• Experience in cross-cultural environments (living abroad or work in international companies).
