Job Description:

ICEYE is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing ongoing support and serving as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
- Track and analyze client data to identify trends and improve overall client experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any challenges that arise
- Manage a team of client support associates, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve overall client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client... support management

- Energetic and resourceful personality traits
- At least 5 years of experience in client support or a related field
- Strong people management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
