About Role

The Digital Medical Representative will be primarily responsible for representing Docquity pharma clients, to promote their nominated brands to doctors via teleconsulting technology (Web meeting, etc). The goal... is to improve the doctor’s awareness and promote the brand towards prescription.

Job Title: Digital Medical Representative (Telesales / Inside Sales / Virtual Sales / Telemarketing)

Employment Type: 1 year Fixed Term Contract - Renewable as per business needs)

Work Experience: Min. 1 to 3 years, with min. 1 Year of Pharma selling experience.

Location – Selangor, Malaysia

Academic Qualification - Graduate of any Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the Science field.

Expectations from you

● Contact and manage a calendar of contacts for web calls

● Discuss with the doctor brand materials, and prescribing information

● Improve the doctor’s knowledge until the point of prescribing

● Facilitate Account opening (Buying accounts) at HCP clinics

● Achieve call targets and sales targets

● Develop ongoing relationships with doctors

● Develop acceptable standards of product knowledge and TA knowledge

Job Description Digital Medical Representative

● Follow-up calls and scheduling of appointments.

● Update the CRM for accurate record keeping.

● Attend client training sessions for Product and Drug Safety training.

● Account opening in HCP clinics.

Skills required

● Min. 1 to 3 years, with min. 1 Year of Pharmaceutical selling experience.

● Proficient in MS Office application and Google Tools

● Detailing Experience & Problem Solver

● Customer Centric; Servicing & Management

● Self-starter; Delivers under supervision

● Multi-tasking, flexible & adaptable

● Good command of written & spoken English, and Bahasa Melayu.
