Reports to the Group Commercial Director, MD.

Remuneration:
• Market related (Estimated R1.4m CTC + Incentives, Bonus structure). Negotiable. This is determined at the discretion of my the company on a individual basis based on experience.

Role purpose:
• The Commercial Manager establishes the optimal contractual framework and oversees its successful management, profitability and delivery of expected results.
• The incumbent leads and supports a team of professionals and upholds company standards whilst ensuring contractual and legislative compliance.
• The Commercial Manager leverages business analytics, networks and technology to optimise existing process flows and contracts and identifies avenues for new business.
• This person will have a strong contractual and compliance focus.

Key performance area:
• Manage the Commercial Profitability of projects and alignment to the Financial Life Cycle of the business.
• Optimise contract administration and business risk.

Academic Qualification:
• Tertiary related Degree.

Professional Registration and statutory appointment:
• ASAQS.
• SA Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession.

Years and type of Experience:
• 10 Years + Technical Experience.
• 5 Years + Managerial Experience.

• Travel to and from site.
• Heavy work-load and long hours.
