Responsible for establishing strong relationships with Hotels and Service providers to negotiate the best possible deals and rates to benefit – in line with client briefs (FTI and DMC), negotiate with hotels year-round contracts, access to market specific rates for all clients and exclusive rates (example – flash sales, club rates, etc..) where required or possible.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• In line with client briefs (FTI and DMC), negotiate with hotels year-round contracts, access to market specific rates for all clients and exclusive rates (example – flash sales, club rates, etc..) where required or possible.
• Identify opportunities and negotiate for allocations and stop sales protection where applicable.
• Identify opportunities and negotiate for override agreements where applicable.
• Keep up-to-date of products and exclusive deals negotiated by other DMCs with hotel partners.
• Keep up-to-date with hotel developments such as new openings, closures, rebranding in the... destination.
• Secure approval for rate changes and special offers.
• Monitor date sensitive offers and expiration rates of EBDs.
• Provide support to Operations Center when required or as per SOPs for guest emergencies.
• Coordinate with Data Loading to ensure accurate and timely loading of negotiated contracts.
• Manage hotel portfolio performance through negotiation of special deals, flash sales calendars, override agreements and ad-hoc activities to achieve annual growth target.

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with a qualification in a relevant are6-8 years of experience in a relevant industry, including at least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities
• Understanding of the assigned region and knowledge of the local contact network is an advantage
• Clear understanding of hotel and DMC distribution method
• Fluent English Level
