Job Summary

SEACLUB PHILIPPINES INC., a luxury villas resort in Siargao Island, Philippines, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Assistant to support our project management team in overseeing maintenance and new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, exceptional computer skills, and fluency in English. The role involves project tracking, monitoring, and managing various aspects, including financials, progress, planning, and maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Tracking and Monitoring:
• Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and update project management software.
• Prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders

Financial Management:
• Support the Project Manager in budget preparation and management.
• Track project expenses and ensure they are within budget.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and... forecasts.

Planning and Coordination:
• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely project execution.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and records.

Maintenance Management:
• Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance projects.
• Track maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any issues promptly.

Communication and Collaboration:
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Serve as a liaison between the Project Manager and project stakeholders.

Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to the project management team.
• Manage project-related inquiries and correspondences.
• Maintain an organized and efficient project management office.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project management, maintenance management, or a related field

Skills:
• Above-average computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other construction-related software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
