• Identify and prospect new SME clients within the target market segments, leveraging existing networks and conducting market research to expand the customer base.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets for SME and JICA banking products and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development teams and credit risk analysts, to tailor offerings to the specific needs of SME and JICA clients.
• Evaluate creditworthiness of SME clients, analyzing financial statements, cash flow projections, and collateral to assess risk and determine lending terms.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, mitigating credit risk exposure and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio.
• Monitor the performance of SME and JICA accounts, proactively identifying potential credit issues and implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain... strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess business performance, identify opportunities for growth, and offer strategic advice and support.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions.
• Oversee the administration and execution of JICA-funded projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
• Prepare project reports and documentation for submission to JICA and other relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with project guidelines and requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with a focus on SME banking or project finance.
• Experience working with JICA-funded projects
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, credit analysis, and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of business development, sales achievement, and portfolio management in a banking or financial services environment.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret financial data, assess credit risk, and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and banking software systems.
