St Thomas Psychoeducational Assessments provides assessments and small-group social skills, reading, and self-regulation groups to children, adolescents, and adults.

We are seeking a Full-time or Part-time School Psychologist/Psychological Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify intellectual disorders, ADHD, and learning disorders. The ability to assess for Autism Spectrum Disorder is highly desirable. Additionally, this position offers the flexibility for the successful candidate to provide psychotherapy services if desired. You may also be asked to provide supervision to psychometrists.

Responsibilities
• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to diagnose intellectual disorders, ADHD, learning disorders, and other developmental issues
• Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate cognitive, academic, and behavioral functioning
• Prepare detailed assessment reports and... provide feedback to parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
• Provide recommendations for supports and intervention strategies based on assessment results
• Supervise and mentor psychometrists, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their assessments and reports

Qualifications
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field
• Registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
• Experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments
• Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques for diagnosing intellectual disorders, ADHD, learning disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
