We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our client's shipping Line Company. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic industry and contribute to the success of our client's business.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquiring new customers and expanding sales with existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Regularly communicate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market... conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, understand customer preferences, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, highlighting the company's services, advantages, and value proposition. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts. Utilize CRM systems and other tools to manage sales pipelines, track leads, and generate reports for management.
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing, efficient customer onboarding, and timely resolution of customer issues. Collaborate with colleagues to optimize overall customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
• Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional network and promote the company's services. Represent the company professionally and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential customers.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry. Familiarity with the shipping line business and understanding of containerized cargo operations is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with exceptional interpersonal and Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Solid understanding of the shipping line industry, including market trends, industry regulations, and competitors. Familiarity with global trade, logistics, and supply chain management is a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate effectively with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant sales and productivity tools.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company.
