JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation: Identify potential customers, develop new business opportunities, and establish strong relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets for building materials.
2. Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our company’s building materials, including their features, benefits, and applications. Be able to effectively communicate this information to customers and provide expert advice.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify potential areas of growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
5. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, demonstrations, and product training sessions to clients... highlighting the unique selling points of our building materials and showcasing their value.
6. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure profitable business contracts while maintaining a win-win approach.
7. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines to track progress, analyze sales performance, and provide feedback to management.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.
9. Industry Networking: Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to expand professional networks, build brand awareness, and explore new business opportunities.

Requirements:
1. Education: Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience: Proven experience in building material sales or a similar sales role within the construction industry is highly desirable.
3. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of building materials, construction processes, and industry regulations. Familiarity with various building materials, such as cement, steel, bricks, tiles, plumbing fixtures, and insulation, is a plus.
4. Sales Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
5. Customer-Focused: Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.
6. Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
7. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop tailored sales strategies.
8. Motorcycle Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
