Opportunity to develop ACUVUE brand – leader in CL category worldwide and be a part of multifunctional & multicultural team Main Responsibilities: Digital Media plan creation / tracking / analytics - on-going media agency supervision Responsibility for Digital Media buying & document flow tracking with the agency Cope with performance marketing model (conversion based placement) & have clear personal KPIs – website traffic / bounce rate / free trial voucher registration Budget responsibility Regular calls / meetings with regional brand team to... protect Russian market needs / share experience and cases. Be aware of latest digital practices and novelties and be open to test & learn approach Job requirements: Higher education 2+ years of strong experience in TOP FMCG / Pharma/ Food /Tobacco Companies in a Digital Manager role or Media/Creative Agency Have a strong marketing knowledge, including previous experience in digital area Have experience in Digital Media Plan Creation (Agency Brief / Analysis / Tracking) Understand & have practical experience in Google Analytics, Metrica, AdWords Be fluent with Programmatic / CRM / CPA / SEO Fluent English to participate in global calls is mandatory Strong presentation skills Excellent communication skills Ability to travel (business trips 15-20% - Russia/Europe
