Pre-sales Architecture
• Design solutions and architectures with Sales, Account Management, and Service Delivery teams.
• Develop technical solutions and recommend value-adding options.
• Align IoT Products and Services roadmaps with client requirements.
• Lead Use-Case demonstrations and Proof of Concept initiatives.
• Maintain technical relationships with customers, ensuring best practices in security, cost, performance, and reliability.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Transition proposed IoT solutions to the Delivery team.
• Collaborate with IoT Products and Alliances teams for complex solutions.
• Provide IoT product training to internal teams, customers, and partners.

Business Development
• Contribute to account management plans and client strategies.
• Assist in identifying and closing key sales opportunities.
• Develop technical responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and provide pricing input.
• Maintain visibility of sales pipeline and influence... potential deals.
• Governance and Risk Management

Adhere to Group sales and pre-sales architect processes.

Comply with relevant policies and procedures.

Education

Minimum 3-year diploma, preferably in ICT.

Fluent in local language with basic English proficiency.

Experience

At least 2 years in a pre-sales environment.

Strong understanding of IoT/IIoT.

Experience with large enterprise clients and telecom solutions.

Experience in a medium-sized organization.
