Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Work within the Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems to support and troubleshoot mobile apps to resolve end user issues
• Troubleshooting app deployment issues on MDM, Apple, or Google Play
• Provisioning profiles on MDM
• Identifying common crashes/issues through mobile monitoring tools
• Triage identified mobile incidents and requests
• Research options when anomalies occur and report complex issues to development team
• Create and regularly update technical documentation and end user guides
• Assist with MacBook Enrollments

• Excels in identifying problems, speaking up to communicate issues / gaps
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in English (written & oral)
