ResponsibilitiesTo support daily technical support activities for desktop, laptop & printersTo set up and test desktop computer peripherals(New users)To perform the system changes adhered to organizational policiesConduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenanceMaintain technical documentation in association with other functional departmentsTo own end-to-end activities whenever there is a new rollout of OS / Applications etcTo work on the pro-active tickets triggered the Workblaze tools until closure / escalate as appropriateTo assist the users setup their VPN / Citrix / Azure / VDI etcRequirements:Degree completed or in progress in IT;Solid experience with Hardware and Software troubleshooting and Network basic support;Excellent verbal and written communication;Advanced/fluent conversational English (mandatory);Intermediate conversational Spanish (mandatory);Please, submit resumé in English.
