• Job type : Full-time
• Location : A Church office in the Area (Tokyo, Seoul, Ulaanbaatar, or Guam)
• Salary : Based on Church policies and procedures
• Deadline : June 10, 2024 (candidates may be interviewed or hired prior to the deadline)
• Starting date : July 2024 (Negotiable)
• Under the direction of the Area HR Manager, liaise with employees in the area (Japan, Korea, Guam, Micronesia, and Mongolia) and make necessary adjustments to resolve HR related issues
• Partner with the management to handle employee relations matters
• Deliver essential HR activities, including HR core, talent development, culture, performance management, coaching, and calibration, job change consultation, change management support, and development programs tailored to area needs
• Provide manager level training and development program administration
• Manage the HR system in conjunction with the Church headquarters and update staff and organizational data
• Prepare, submit, and maintain documents as... required by government agencies
• Other essential tasks as assigned
• Hold valid temple-recommend
• Hold . degree and / or any combination of equivalent education and work experience of 6 years
• Expert knowledge of HR operations
• Ability to build relationships and consult with business leaders
• Excellent communication skill and business level of English
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and facilitate organizational change
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
• Ability to work proactively and coordinate smoothly with other departments
