Job Description
• Responsible for leading the daily Front Desk, Guest Experience, and Instant Services operation
• Lobby management during busy periods to ensure enough coverage and a smooth running operation
• Support the team with check-in’s, check-out’s, phone management and other tasks as needed
• Action guest requests to the highest standards, always keeping the Kimpton points of distinction in mind with each interaction
• Lead by example in service delivery, encouraging guest feedback, recording and following up on these as appropriate
• Monitor stock and ordering of office, collateral, and other operational supplies
• Ensure room reservation requests are handled smoothly by the team in the absence of reservations
• Support Front Desk, Instant Services, Guest Experience with monitoring and responding to emails within four hours of receiving them to inbox
• ADDITIONAL duties will be shared with qualified candidates
