Campbell Counseling is a therapy group practice providing services and resources to all humans in the Indianapolis area.
Role Description...
As a Child Therapist at Campbell Counseling, you will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions with children, teens, and their parents. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the requirement to offer both in-person and virtual sessions. You will be expected to maintain a full-time caseload of at least 25 sessions per week. It is a W2 commission-based position (50% for associate license, 55% for full license).

Qualifications
• Required - Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Preferred - Current certification or licensure in the State of Indiana as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist (HSPP)
• Experience conducting therapy with children and families, and training in evidenced-based child and adolescent interventions.
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans and make sound clinical decisions based on patient needs and available resources
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients and families
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
