Pay: $25.00-$28.00/hour | Based upon Experience

Duration: 12-months | Potential to Extend

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 8am-5pm

Location: 100% REMOTE

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Call Auditor specializing in auditing sales agents within the Medicare and health insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of sales call auditing, sales processes, and compliance with Medicare guidelines and health insurance products. A strong background in quality and compliance auditing, particularly related to sales processes and CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) regulations, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct audits of sales calls to ensure adherence to applicable quality requirements and guidelines (e.g., escalation procedures, use of SMEs).
• Apply an understanding of established quality concepts and principles specifically related to sales processes and compliance.
• Adhere to established quality processes, procedures, requirements, and guidelines focused on sales call auditing.
• Demonstrate knowledge of procedural flows and processes in sales environments.
• Utilize applicable systems/tools to maintain and document quality metrics/outcomes of sales calls.
• Document call quality, efficiency, and effectiveness using applicable metrics and tools.
• Review and analyze quality data/metrics from sales calls and report improvement opportunities.
• Identify and communicate call quality patterns/trends to applicable stakeholders to drive appropriate action and meet future business needs.
• Monitor audit reports/results of sales calls and provide feedback to drive/validate process effectiveness.
• Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives and deadlines.
• Review and monitor agent sales activities, particularly during seasonal peaks; support agency compliance initiatives, specifically updated CMS (Medicare) requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with a team overseeing multi-distribution, multi-carrier agents; approximately 25 team members, including sales support professionals, business & quality analysts, and auditors.

Required Qualifications:
• Associate's degree (or higher).
• 3+ years of experience in auditing sales calls within the Medicare or health insurance sectors, focusing on sales processes and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents), Microsoft Excel (general spreadsheet navigation), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management).
• Experience working with multiple system platforms.
