The Media Buyer role at DH entails coordinating and executing media buying activities across various projects and campaigns. You'll be responsible for placing, trafficking, negotiating, and monitoring media buys, playing a proactive leadership role on assigned projects. Collaborating with the media team and other internal departments, you'll ensure the efficient and effective implementation of media buys, while also providing direction and counsel as needed.

In this role, you'll work under supervision, handling day-to-day tasks while referring more complex issues to higher-level staff. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects will be crucial in ensuring the success of the Agency's media buying efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications or related field.
• Minimum two years of media buying experience; previous agency experience is preferred.
• Experience with traditional TV and radio buying or selling.
• Experience working in digital ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or other programmatic media platforms.
• Demonstrates commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) principles.
• In lieu of a college degree, an equivalent combination of education, training and lived experience will be considered.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Competitive salary ranging from $63,800 to $88,100, commensurate with experience.

Reports to: AVP or Partner
