What is my role?
• Overall Property Management of our residential portfolio
• Providing great customer service to our Tenants
• Advertising, showing, evaluating and selecting A-level Tenants. This is critical to our success
• Working closely with and managing our power team of Contractors
• As a Licensed Real Estate Agent: Searching, negotiating, and purchasing quality residential properties in Southern Ontario
• You can continue to work on your Realtor business (with a commission split)
• Working closely with and assisting the Owner in the operation of the company

8. Involved with special projects that will grow your knowledge and skill sets.

You will have the opportunity to “wear many different hats” and expand your skills and knowledge beyond just one area. You will report directly to the Owner... and significantly improve your knowledge and skills in real estate investing, learning from an expert.

Travel required in the West GTA, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Brantford and other areas we are expanding to – Car allowance provided.

• Realtors license required, with preferred three years+ of Real Estate Agent experience. Preferred three years+ of residential property management experience
• Preferred three years+ of residential property management experience
• Preferred three years+ of showing and selecting A-level residential Tenants
• When there is a vacancy, must be willing to show properties on some evenings and/or one day on the weekend, using our “auction like environment” rental system
• Ability to meet deadlines and schedules, independently setting priorities
• Initiative and the ability to anticipate what may need to be done
• A strong desire to learn more and always get better
• Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook

• $70,000 to $80,000 (including 10% target performance bonus)
• Medical Plan + Transportation Allowance + Payment of All Realtor Fees + Payment of Brokerage Fees
