Job Description

Your influential... mission. You will...
• Be a key person to keep our Agile deliveries flowing at a predictable and steady pace
• Bring together the team with stakeholders, other development teams, Product, UX and Program Management to create the best possible end-to-end deliveries
• Practise situational leadership between coaching, project management, technical management and people management
• Promote team’s self-organization and ownership making sure that commitments are met and deliveries are made on time with an excellent quality
• Take care of people management responsibilities including goal setting, performance reviews, salary reviews, competence development and recruitment

Qualifications

• Have a few years of experience leading high-performing Agile teams
• Continuously develop your leadership skills and drive your own personal growth
• Are a structured “people person” with an ability to understand and participate in technical discussions
• Possess high-end leadership skills with a coaching mindset
• Have a drive to enable and challenge the team to excel, grow and continuously improve
• Can quickly gain a good high-level grasp of complex environments and collaborate effectively with other teams
• Are fluent in English
• Experience and demonstrate shared company values such as respect, excellence, integrity, performence and innovation
