Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor sales progress and take timely actions to maximize achievement of sales targets.
• Keep abreast of competitor’s sales and promotional activities and provide updates to the office during monthly Store-in-Charge Meeting.
• Keep proper records of stocks and conduct periodic and thorough checks to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
• Review and perform visual merchandising display to boost sales within company’s VM guidelines or instructions.
• Execute sales and promotional plans directed by corporate office.
• Maintain conducive environment to give customers a pleasant shopping experience.
• Analyse customer engagements and feedback between retail staff and customer, provide constructive feedback to improve service level.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of the store, remain alert and respond quickly to security issues and emergencies.
• Establish good rapport between retail staff and encourage teamwork.
• Train and coach retail staff... on store operations including in-house rules, new merchandise launches, promotions mechanics, etc.
• Handle conflicts or disciplinary issues of retail staff in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure comprehensive, accuracy and timeliness of reports submission.

Job Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in sales and Marketing, retail management, business or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail industry, including 3 years at supervisor level
