Unified Commercial Ecosystem Manager (UCE Manager)

(based in Myanmar)

The Unified Commercial Ecosystem (UCE) is a collection of commercial digital systems implemented throughout our value chain from brewery to the hand of our consumers to enable sales or to operate more effectively and efficiently. All digital solutions are required to (ultimately) improve and enhance the customer and consumer experience. Some solutions are customer on consumer facing (e-commerce solutions), other are enabling the order to cash process (primary and secondary).

The UCE Manager is an experienced and entrepreneurial professional who is the designer and builder of the ecosystem. He / She is customer centric and has strong conceptual capabilities and commercial acumen to identify and expose pain points in our route to consumer so that digital products can help to bring relevant solutions. These solutions can be found within Heineken or outside. He / She is capable to ensure the most effective product... design and configuration and for setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by a Scrum development team in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the products.

Once products are implemented and embedded, the UCE Manager will continuously enhance the functionalities and leverage the system to its fullest potential incl data generation to optimize data driven sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Continuous improvement of customer experience and satisfaction (UX)- Customer intimacy and close collaboration with frontline sales force is crucial in both development and deployment phases of the project. The solution should be built to accommodate the customer needs (incl. internal customers, like frontline sales force).
• Initiating, Coordinating and Executing the development of the platform (Owns the vision, definition & strategy of the product: driving success!)
• A successful MVP, which covers the main requirements and provide business value from the start. The platform should be relevant, simple and consistent. Delivered OTIF.
• Integration of best practices from a global platform into the local back-end
• Defining and prioritising requirements for the customer journey and the team development plans
• Leading the change management journey to truly embed the product in the ways of working of key users
• Overseeing platform backlog (Creates, maintains and prioritizes the Product Backlog providing the team with required information what needs to be built and in which order)
• Support budget of the product including resources, investment, consultancy and technology.
• Implementation of Agile to improve development efficiency and reduce risks.

Education & Experience:
• University degree or Bachelors, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Management or related subject
• At least 5 years of experience, of which 3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce
• Experience in commercial roles, especially in FMCG is a plus
• Worked with Agile and Scrum teams and Agile-advocate
• Passion for digital and data and process building and implementation.
