Role Description

• Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals of the bank's remittance... business.

• Analyze the market, research the data and expand the channel

• Maintaining and building connections with clients and important partners like correspondent banks and money transfer operators.

• In accordance with bank strategy, identify business prospects with key partners and create the terms and conditions of a commercial agreement.

• Ensuring compliance with policies regulating remittance transactions, including know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML).

• Carrying out market research and analysis to find and acquire new business prospects and possible risks.

• Engaging stakeholders and collaborating together with the bank's operations, compliance, IT and risk management divisions to guarantee efficient and seamless operations.

• Organizing campaigns, promotion plans and activities to attract potential customers and present as a public speaker.

• Evaluating and summarizing customer feedback and sales performance to guide future business moves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or others, Account, Business Administration


• Fintech, Marketing, Partnership management

• Experience in Sales, customer service and
• Analytical Skills, Communications, Marketing, and Consulting skills
• Knowledge of international money transfer regulations and compliance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and organization
• Possess English communication in both written and oral.
• Travel may be required
