Customer Service Officer is a rewarding position in a young learner school. You will introduce the benefits of our courses to parents and arrange for children to attend a suitable class. You must be a good team player and work well with customer, manager and teachers.

Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate files for auditing.
• Improve customer experience and retention.
• Be a good team member and foster positive work environment.
• Drive sales growth and revenue generation
• Respond promptly to queries.
• Assist with customer payments.
• Assist young students in the... centre.
• Ensure the centres are maintained to high standard of cleanliness.
• Assist with ad hoc duties.

Qualifications
• Degree holder
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Kind and nurturing approach when interacting with children.
• Professional and courteous manner when communicating with parents/guardians.
• Proficient with Excel
• Willing to work weekends and three weekdays
