Job Description
• Develop and implement global human resource policies, procedures and programs that are aligned with the organization's mission, vision and core values.
• Create and manage job descriptions, compensation and benefit plans, performance management systems, and training and development programs.
• Lead the recruitment, selection, on boarding, and placement process for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with national and international employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and manage global mobility programs and international assignments.

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience in Global HR operations or combination of related... experience
• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese (will communicate with internal and external stakeholders)
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to influence others and adapt to change
