This Communications Manager is responsible for engaging and communicating with all 50,000 colleagues in the GB and IE business through a variety of channels.

Your New Role

In brief, the successful candidate will be one of two Managers responsible for Internal Communications.
• Liaising with various business stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient information flow
• Continual development of MyALDI, the Everyday Amazing events and other communication channels
• Management of a team of four Communications Assistants
• Recommending changes, processes and new systems to the Communications Director
• Managing external agencies

About You
• Proven ability in planning, organising and project management; able to prioritise multiple work streams and meet key deadlines
• Excellent creative, written and presenting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and document accuracy
• Strong... stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills with a transparent approach to working
• Engaging and friendly, able to collaborate and bring colleagues on board with new initiatives
• Leadership
• The successful candidate will have experience of Budget Management
• Experience of managing a Team
• Communications background
• An understanding of creating high impact videos

• Starting salary from £61,065 rising to £94,240
• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
