Job Title: Customer Communication and Digital Marketing Executive

Care Control Systems, a fast-growing company specialising in the design, development, and delivery of leading care digital software, has an exciting opportunity in our Operations team. Founded in 2016, we have continually grown and have exciting plans ahead. We are a friendly and diverse team working from a relaxed and informal office space.

Role Description:

As our Customer Communication and Digital Marketing Executive, you will lead various aspects of customer communications. This includes crafting product updates, coordinating server update communications, conducting and analysing customer surveys, curating and publishing newsletters, and promoting the customer service team through various channels.


Customer Communications:
• Develop and manage customer communications to deliver our brand messages.
• Oversee all customer... communications across web, digital, and social media.
• Create engaging content, including reports, videos, and photos.
• Ensure communications reflect key business messages and maintain brand consistency.
• Plan, implement, and deploy social media campaigns.
• Lead the publication of the customer email newsletter.
• Manage release communications for customers according to schedules.
• Analyse and report on customer communication campaigns and engagement.
• Prepare proactive customer communications, researching, writing, and scheduling content.
• Use marketing frameworks and templates to create content material.
• Manage budgets for digital communication domains (WordPress, Monday.com, Wordfence).
• Oversee content creation for the customer support knowledge base and learning portal.
• Provide internal business communications and video content for staff.

About You:

Skills Required:
• Ability to write in a formal, concise, and customer-friendly manner.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines when creating designs.
• Understanding of WordPress front-end design and backend configuration, including plugin management, security, and page design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Canva.
• Foster a collaborative and creative customer-facing communication environment.
• Communicate effectively across various platforms and with stakeholders at all levels.
• Support other relevant duties as directed by the Head of Operations.
• Excellent time management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence is preferable.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Flexible, conscientious, and diligent attitude.
• Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience and knowledge.

Other Considerations:
• Collaborative working is important; therefore, we require 5 days a week in the office, with a potential review for a flexible hybrid approach of 3-4 days a week.
