Introduction

A leading manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality is looking for an energetic and positive individual for an ideal opportunity to mentor an HR graduate / administrator, as part of their growth and succession strategy.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing and automating various procedures, policies and systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment..
• Provide various HR Support to the HR Manager
• Providing administrative support to HR manager and 5 senior managers
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
• Assisting and guiding the full HR process from recruitment to attrition
• Co-ordinating various staff events
• Co-ordinating training sessions
• Taking a proactive approach to team-building... activities and keeping employees motivated
• Maintaining employee records, including updating databases and personnel files.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
• Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining accurate payroll records (experience with salaries and wages needed)

Desired Experience & Qualification

NON-NEGOTIABLES

The ideal candidate needs to have the following non-negotiables:
• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR administration or related role
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, HLOOKUP’s, formulas)
• Must have experience (or strong knowledge) of the full HR Value Chain
• Must have a positive, go-getter attitude

Package & Remuneration

R25,000 to R35,000
