Our client is one of the biggest grocery shop digital transformation platform in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Enhance brand visibility and reputation in the market.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance metrics.
• Design and implement customer acquisition campaigns to attract new users to the platform.
• Develop retention strategies to engage and retain existing users through personalized... marketing and loyalty programs.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, influencers, and media to enhance marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and brand management, preferably within the technology or retail sector.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving marketing goals.
• Innovative and creative mindset.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Deep understanding of the Vietnamese market and culture.
