You are a driven and talented graphic designer, helping to produce entertaining and creative designs across our Digital PR, Social, and Marketing teams. This role is both exciting and challenging, and you’ll be a part of a growing team consisting of creative, visual, and social experts.

You will have a passion for design, storytelling and proven experience working with digital content. You’ll be expected to interpret data and creative ideas for visualisation and design assets such as infographics, gifs, reports, social carousels, filters, landing pages and more. You are a creative thinker, strategic, and deliver consistently high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with the Digital PR, SEO and Social teams to deliver visual content campaign ideas for our clients
• Design creative campaigns with a focus on data visualisation, infographic design & newsworthiness for our DPR clients
• Design Kaizen branded elements such as Google Slides Decks, whitepapers, print marketing... elements, and social assets
• Build mockups and offer up creative visual ideas for pitches
• Design graphics, campaigns, stories etc. with a focus on brand reach and engagement for our Social clients
• Confidently own the design schedule using a scheduling platform
• Consistently deliver work within scope and to a deadline
• Input into the creative direction of briefs to better the output and final product for our clients
• Be involved in our wider creative offering by joining ideations
• Maintain an understanding of design-led content through social and the news to ensure our creative campaigns ring true to the growing landscape
• Stay up-to-date with design and visual trends, as well as reactive social trends
• Adhere to and promote the values of the company
• Assist in creating TikTok and reels content if needed
• Complete ad hoc tasks for your line manager

About You
• An undergraduate degree in Graphic Design or something similar is advantageous but not required
• +2-3 years of professional design experience
• You have an exciting and creative existing design portfolio
• Understanding of the Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
• You have a passion for Digital PR and Social Media
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms
• Clear passion for the graphic design industry, with an understanding on visual trends
• You’re a hardworking team player who is looking to learn and develop skills
• Receptive to instructions and edits, but also able to work on your own
• Logical thinking and problem solving using creative solutions
• Multitasking and working on multiple projects per week, supported by strong organisational skills
• You’re excited by font, colour, and other branding elements
• You are detail oriented and are eager to develop your design values and skills
• Experience working creatively for international brands is a plus
