ENTRE-PRISES is recruiting within its international marketing department a communication assistant for the leisure range. In constant contact with the group's various subsidiaries, the future assistant of ENTRE-PRISES' leisure range, will be in charge of implementing the short and medium-term communication plan (internal and external) for the leisure segment (Fun Spot Products). Under the responsibility of the International Marketing manager, he/she will identify the actions and tools to implement the marketing strategy with a dedicated budget. 1. Activities and tasks** Development and implementation of the communication plan _ Help in the creation of the annual communication plan with KPI and planning Identification and management of the various communication channels - internally or via external service providers Social networks - post and fans follow up RP - in direct contact with the press Print and web advertising - Advertising space management + design brief Newsletter - creation of a bimonthly newsletter Website - Updates of an existing website Focus on Digital Marketing: Content marketing: management of a blog with monthly articles. Creation and follow up of digital campaigns Management of Facebook and LinkedIn Ads Management of the traffic acquisition through marketing automation platform. Support for sales teams _ Customer / prospect database management (acquisition, segmentation, RGPD follow-up) Implementation of procedures / tools Team follow-up and support Sales tools management (multi language) Support to the product manager on team’s training for new products (via sales meeting and/or marketing sheet) Drafting of monthly activity reports Marketing support for our distributors network 2. Know-how Required skills_ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Mastering PPT, Excel (management of data bases) Know how to work in a team Desired skills_ Knowledge of the leisure market Master Adobe Suite software Have a sense of creativity and detail, in relation to the world of leisure/children Operational mastery of Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads 3. Profile Status: One year work study / based between Grenoble and Chambéry - France. Début: septembre 22 Occasional geographical mobility in France and abroad. Education: Bac + 3 or more in the marketing/communication sector Job Types : Full-time, Internship Contract length: 12-24 months
