• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Workplace Learning and Performance or related field
• Knowledge in Point of Sale (POS) system is strongly desired
• Competent in Google Suite (Slides, Meet, Classroom, Sites and etc.).
• Knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies
• Outstanding and confident delivery of training
• Detail-oriented in projects at hand
• Open for Project-based (6 months)
• Can start ASAP

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by aligning needs through meetings, reviews, and coordination
• Design learning materials, workflows, modules, and identify training types.
• Arrange prerequisite and implement training, coordinate schedules, facilitate meetings, monitor progress, and assist participants
• Evaluate program effectiveness by sending forms and analyzing reports
• Other tasks
