Job Description
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate the performance of key commercial initiatives, products, and markets.
• Develop financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability, and identify areas for improvement. Analyse pricing strategies, product margins, and cost structures to optimise profitability.
• Business Partnering:
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies, promotions, and sales targets.
• Provide financial guidance and support for new product launches, expansions into new markets, and other strategic initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
•... Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards to track performance against targets and highlight key trends and insights.
• Provide variance analysis and explanations for budget variances, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process, including revenue forecasting, expense planning, and capital allocation.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve the efficiency of financial reporting and analysis.

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA qualification preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a commercial finance or business partnering role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and actionable insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
