Responsibilities:
• Report to Area Manager;
• Have a thorough understand of business objectives;
• Cascade, lead, and motivate the team to achieve business objectives;
• Deliver professional services to delight the customers;
• Maintain long term and positive relationship with customers and maximize sales opportunity;
• Monitor Visual Merchandise to ensure it is in line with Company guideline;
• Set individual objective for team members, follow up, and coach the team members in order to enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities to be the brand ambassador

Requirements:
• 8 years or above relevant working experience in fashion retail and at least 3 years in shop managerial role with excellent management and coaching skills;
• Strong sense in sales, KPI performance and market intelligence with good analytical skills;
• Knowledgeable in apparel, i.e. materials, wear ability, and functionality;
• Knowledge of stock rotation and inventory control;
• Fluent speaking in Cantonese... Mandarin; Good command of English will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
