The People and Culture Branch at the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions is looking for talented professionals to join our dynamic team. We provide a comprehensive range of people management services to support the business objectives of our department, including the Botanic Gardens and... Parks Authority, Rottnest Island Authority, and Zoological Parks Authority.

The role

As part of the Recruitment and Establishment Section the role involves delivering customer focused support in the areas of position establishment and end-to-end recruitment. The role will also play a key part in streamlining and enhancing our automated recruitment management solutions and ensuring compliance with the Public Sector Standards and legislative and government policy obligations.

By joining our team, you will engage in a variety of HR functions, develop your expertise in people management all while collaborating with a group committed to excellence and continuous improvement.

How To Apply

• Considerable experience (Level 4) or experience (Level 3) in undertaking human resource or administrative activities.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret legislation, policies and procedures and ensure practical application across the workplace.
• Demonstrated high level experience in the application of computerised systems and online databases. Proficiency in Human Resource Management Systems is an advantage.
