We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive (Cargo) to support sales efforts and play a crucial role in driving significant growth within the Netherlands.

Purpose of the Role
• To proactively identify, target, and secure business opportunities for the products in the country
• To maximize business opportunities by providing customized solutions to... meet client needs within budget and operational constraints while ensuring a suitable profit for the company
• To create and maintain a client portfolio and actively cultivate new business through initiatives such as following up on new leads, client referrals, and networking opportunities
• To raise awareness of CF GSA and cargo charter products and services to attract new regular business

Key Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for implementing the Sales Strategies and related business objectives nationwide in line with the Commercial Manager - DACH and the Director CCM
• Collaborating with broker teams to develop country-specific plans aligned with the existing Sales Strategies and to support the management of relationships with current and new clients, as well as suppliers, to drive additional business
• Actively seeking opportunities to expand the business in the country across new and existing markets to achieve business goals
• Cultivating relationships with key clients and new business prospects to maximize business prospects and enhance client loyalty in an industry where client retention is never guaranteed
• Driving sales activities for all products to all customers/freight forwarders from a regional and local standpoint
• Continuously seeking new operators/suppliers (carriers) to establish necessary relationships and maintain ongoing growth in active clients

Qualities We Look For
• 3-5 years of experience in cargo sales within the region
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
