We are looking for an Internal Auditor Quality Systems. In this exciting role you will join our team at Applied Medical’s European headquarters located in Amersfoort. Together with your direct colleagues, you will have various responsibilities such as conducting and maintaining the (internal) audit process, generating the audit schedule, analyzing audit results and presenting your findings. This is done in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations for our European Manufacturing, Distribution locations and teams.

As our Internal Auditor, you will own the internal audit process and will be involved in coaching and training team members. You will closely work with multiple teams... throughout the organization such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Clinical Development as well as our audit teams in the US. You will report to Team Leader Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinating and managing external audits within the organization
• Assess and promote compliance with current rules, policies, and standards of the organization
• Present reports to auditees, department managers/ senior leaders
• Review and evaluate the performance of suppliers (supplier audits)
• Assist in mentoring and coaching members of the team
• Act as subject matter expert for the internal audit process
• Understand and follow Applied Medical’s Quality Systems (QS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) per training

Wat heb je nodig
• Bachelor/Masters degree
• 2+ years of working experience with quality / auditing in a manufacturing/engineering environment
• Fluency in English required – both verbal and written
• Experience with ISO 13485/14001/9001/17025
• Working knowledge of quality systems and standards in a highly regulated environment
